Service. NearIMG provides free, browser-based image tools. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive, store, or transmit your files.
No warranty. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping backups of your original files.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NearIMG and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from use of the service.
Acceptable use. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the images you process and must hold the necessary rights to them. Do not use NearIMG to infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights, to violate anyone's likeness, portrait, or privacy rights, or to alter images in order to deceive, defraud, or fabricate or tamper with evidence. You are solely liable for any such misuse and shall indemnify the operators against claims arising from it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
Changes. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.
